Harry and Meghan: A 180-degree turn, feelings for the British Royal Family suddenly “heat up” again! No one expected Harry and Meghan to make such a surprising move towards the British Royal Family!

Royal couple Harry and Meghan are believed to have bought a holiday home in Portugal. Royal expert Jennie Bond said the purchase of property in Portugal could be a way for their children to have a link to the British royal family. Portugal is also where Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank own a home in Melides.

“I think it could indicate that they STILL want their children to know at least some of their family in the UK,” Ms Bond told OK!. “It would be great for Archie and Lilibet to spend time with their cousins, and Eugenie would still be an important link between Harry and the rest of the family.” Ms Bond added: “I don’t know why they felt the need to buy a place… especially when Harry has been complaining about lack of money… rather than just staying with Jack and Eugenie or renting somewhere, but it does suggest that they intend to spend more time on this side of the Atlantic. And that’s a positive move because it implies that their children will not only be immersed in American culture but also have a better understanding of their European roots.”

While it’s unclear whether Eugenie inspired the Sussexes’ decision to buy property in Portugal, it’s been reported that the couple have bought a “holiday home” somewhere in the country.

The couple’s latest move is seen as a testament to their relationship with the British Royal Family. It can be seen as an effort to give their children, Archie and Lilibet, the opportunity to connect with their father’s family, especially their royal cousins.
