The Princess of Wales is set to host another Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey this December, continuing a tradition she began in 2021. The service will take place on Thursday, December 15, and will be broadcast on ITV on Christmas Eve. This will be her first carol service since receiving the title of Princess of Wales.
The event aims to honor selflessness within individuals and communities across the UK, highlighting the importance of supporting others during challenging times. It will also pay tribute to the life and service of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Following the success of the inaugural event in 2021, the Christmas carol service appears to have become an annual tradition.
Many members of the Royal Family, including her husband, The Prince of Wales, and (I hope) their children, will be there to serve. Popular singers will perform music on the holiday special, which will also feature the Westminster Abbey choir. Information will be given out when it’s time.
